Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)® and Certified First Assistant (CFA)® are registered trademarks of The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) and may only be used by individuals who have taken and passed the national certification examination and hold a valid certification issued by NBSTSA. No other usage of these trademarks may occur without the expressed written approval of the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
