<h4>Military Testing</h4>The base education center can administer a web-based examination if the military post is more than 100 miles from a testing center. The NBSTSA will mail the test results directly to the testing candidate within six weeks of the examination. Submit a letter with your application that includes:&nbsp;<ul><li>Base and testing officer info</li><li>Mailing address and contact details</li></ul><hr><h4>ADA Accommodations</h4>NBSTSA provides reasonable accommodations per the Americans with Disabilities Act as amended for individuals with documented disabilities who demonstrate a need for accommodations. Applicants must submit professional documentation verifying their disability and required accommodation. Special Cases

Apply online by logging in to your NBSTSA profile. The CSFA® Examination Application can be submitted online by clicking the login button at the top right of this page and selecting “practitioner” login. Mail-in applications are accepted but may delay processing.

*If you were approved to do cases under 2014’s policy, when only 150 cases were required, you can still fill out the 2016 forms.&nbsp; The case log will have space for 75 general cases and 75 specialty cases in one area, but you need only fill out 50 in each.&nbsp; If you were approved under 2015’s policy, you were required to do 200 cases.&nbsp; If you are unsure which policy you fall under, please contact the office at&nbsp;<a href="tel:800-707-0057" target="_blank" value="+18007070057">800-707-0057</a>.
